Simple Trainer (operated by Spoon Seller LLC) is a coaching and accountability tool. It is not a medical device or a medical, clinical, or emergency service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Not medical advice

Any content available through the Service — including workout programs, exercise prescriptions, habit suggestions, nutrition tracking, progress charts, trainer guidance, and any optional AI-assisted suggestions — is provided for general fitness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have any concerns about your health.

Assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that you are voluntarily participating in physical activity. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptom of distress.

Trainers provide the coaching

Trainers using Simple Trainer are independent professionals. Simple Trainer does not employ, supervise, certify, or endorse any trainer, and is not responsible for the programming or advice a trainer provides. Trainers are responsible for working within their scope of practice and for not providing medical or clinical services through the Service.

Nutrition features

Nutrition features are intended for light, optional self-tracking (such as photos and an optional protein target). They are not clinical dietetics, meal-plan compliance scoring, or medical nutrition therapy, and should not be relied on as such.

In an emergency

Simple Trainer is not designed for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
